About Us /
Our Coffee Growers

At a time when consumers have increasingly refined tastes, there is a risk that it will be more difficult to obtain specialty single origin coffee to satisfy their demand.

Today's consumers attach greater importance to quality than quantity, to cultivation processes, valuing small producers connected to the land more than industrial farms that produce massively.

The quality of the product is the result of an arduous process of training and work in the field. We consider very important that the consumer can know who cultivates coffee, the land where it is produced, the people who work it, the fauna, its natural and social environment, the production process and all those factors and moments of life that surround and frame the final product.

Our Coffee Growers

Our coffee growers have been working on their respective coffee plantations for more than 30 years. With a lot of effort, sacrifice and the great support of their respective families, they opted for varieties that were not initially available in the area.

Since they renewed the crops, they made the decision to produce clean, organic specialty coffees, through a friendly process following the Rainforest guidelines and the practices indicated by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia.

“With that beauty of the environment, unique in the world and being at the optimal height to produce specialty coffees, we set ourselves the goal of producing an organic and environmentally friendly coffee where the fauna, flora and forests are protected. and water springs. Thank you for wishing to bring to your table our specialty coffee whose sustainability is achieved thanks to its adoption and consumption.”

OUR
COMMITMENT

We want to offer our clients the best of each harvest and our coffee growers the best working conditions to ensure the continuity of their livelihood

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND REJECTION OF ANIMAL MISTREATMENT

During the harvest season, we have the habit of hiring personnel residing in the area, in order to boost the local economy and that the benefits revert to the people of the town.

Likewise, we are very committed to avoiding animal abuse at all costs, which is why we provide preventive health services for pack animals, which help us transport coffee beans.

Beyond being a resource that we have always used to be able to carry out our work in the best possible way, they are living beings and for this reason we strive to ensure that they receive all the necessary care for their well-being.
